2020 CEO Cup Final Announcment

Dear CEO Cup Participants,

We are less than 24 hours from our Major Tournament so please carefully read the notes below:

Tournament Play

You must check-in a minimum of 30 minutes before your scheduled tee time.  Failure to check-in on time will be grounds for disqualification.  You tee time and hole assignment can be viewed on the Tournament Manager App.  The RHGC no-show policy will be in effect

Awards Ceremony & Dinner Banquet 

• The awards ceremony & dinner banquet will be held at the Plaza Conference Center (PCC).  Doors will open at 5pm for check-in with a reception starting at 5:30 until 6pm.  The formal agenda will begin at 6pm and the event is scheduled to conclude at around 7:30 pm.
• Several members of senior management will be in attendance.  Dress code is smart casual.
• Parking is available in the gravel lot just outside the entrance to the PCC and just past the PCC roundabout in an Ithra Center covered lot.  See the map below.

• No bus service will be provided to the event.
• Anyone attending the awards ceremony and dinner banquet must present a ticket during check-in.
• RHGC reserves the right to move people from one table to another in order to avoid small groups at tables.  Please confirm your table assignment when you check-in at the PCC.
• If you are a player attending the dinner your SR150 refund will be applied to your RHGC account.  You can use this money to get cash back or for Proshop or Clubhouse snack bar purchases.  If you fail to show up at the dinner, your money will not be refunded.  Guests tickets will not be refunded.
• All winners (closest to the pin, club winners and flight winners) must be in attendance or your win is forfeited and ceded to the next person in the rankings.
• You must be present to win any of the fabulous raffle prizes.  No raffle tickets will be provided if you show up to the dinner after 6pm.
• Parking will be available at the PCC.  It is expected that we will have access to the covered parking that is part of the Ithra Center.
