TOURNAMENT REGISTRATION You must sign up as a team of 4, so organize your team, then proceed to sign-up for this event at RHGC Events Registration Portal. Sign in and select Upcoming Events from the Event Schedule Tab. On the right hand side, you will see an option to Register Now for any upcoming events that are listed as open. Scroll down until you see 2019-03-01 PRESIDENTS CUP. If Register Now is grayed out, this is the result of we have not registered your completion of the Handicap Quiz. To have this updated please contact the Handicap Director. CHECK-IN AND STARTING TIMES EVERYONE is requested to check-in inside the Clubhouse. The check-in table will close 15 minutes prior to the start of the round. Please be prompt, the volunteers are playing golf as well, and if you are late you delay everyone. The AM Shotgun is scheduled to start at 6:30am and the PM Shotgun is scheduled to start at 12:00pm. Scorecards will be handed to the lowest handicap player in the group. PRIOR TO SHOTGUN START Everyone’s attendance is required at the Clubhouse near the Putting Green lot 10 minutes prior to the start of the round to receive last minute instructions. It will get quite crowded at the Clubhouse between rounds, so the morning groups are kindly requested to park their carts (in an orderly fashion) near the Pro Shop (good time to stop in and check out what’s on sale) or behind the Clubhouse (next to the patio). PACE OF PLAY The Format for both days is a Stableford, so please refrain from playing after double net par. Make your decisions on the shots you will make quickly as you can (40 secs). This includes on the green. Maximum 2 Minutes searching for a golf ball. Please keep up with the group in front of you. BREAKFAST AND LUNCH A light breakfast and lunch will be served on both days AWARDS CEREMONY All players are requested to attend the awards ceremony on Saturday Afternoon during lunch. The awards ceremony will be held at 12:30pm at the clubhouse on Saturday. Reminder: This is a two-day tournament and you are signing up for both days. If you cannot play on the Saturday, your entire team will be disqualified. No substitutions will be allowed |
