Dear CEO Cup Participants,

Please carefully read and note the following logistical information:

Registration

Registration is now closed for the CEO Cup and there is a waiting list.  Please contact Jeff Meisner (tournaments@arabiangolf.net) if you wish to be added to the waiting list.

Photography

Photographers will be on the course and at awards ceremony & dinner banquet.  By participating in the tournament and attending the awards ceremony, you agree to the use and distribution of any photographs taken of you by the RHGC photographers.

Giveaway Items

Only those people that registered by December 12th, 2019 are guaranteed to receive the full set of giveaway items including shirts conforming to your size request.  Giveaways for those that registered after December 12th will be provided in priority sequence.  The shirt you receive is final and no requests for changes will be allowed.

Awards Ceremony & Dinner Banquet

All participants and their guests are encouraged to attend the awards ceremony & dinner banquet.  Please show your support for the CEO’s generosity and the effort put forth by your club.  As in past years, the event will be held at the Plaza Conference Center (PCC) and the doors open at 5pm to begin registration.

Dinner Tickets

  • Ticket sales begin January 23rd in the RHGC Proshop.  Ticket sales will end on February 3rd.  You may purchase tickets for friends and colleagues but you must provide a table selection for everyone when you purchase your tickets.
  • Anyone attending the awards ceremony and dinner banquet must present a ticket during check-in.
  • RHGC reserves the right to move people from one table to another in order to avoid small groups at tables.  Please confirm your table assignment when you check-in at the PCC.
  • Tickets cost SR 150 for players and non-playing guests and no tickets will be distributed without payment.  The player’s ticket fee is refundable.  For RHGC members your refunds will be applied to you RHGC account.  You then have the option of using the money to purchase ProShop items, food & beverage items in the clubhouse or receive a cash refund.  For non-RHGC members, you will be able to pick up your refund in the ProShop.  An announcement will made when cash refunds will be available for pick-up.
  • No refunds will be provided to people that are no-shows.

Attendance

  • All winners (closest to the pin, club winners and flight winners) must be in attendance or you win is forfeited and ceded to the next person in the rankings.
  • You must be present to win any of the fabulous raffle prizes.  No raffle tickets will be provided if you show up to the dinner after 6pm.
  • Parking will be available at the PCC.  It is expected that we will have access to the covered parking that is part of the Ithra Center.  No bus service will be provided to the event.
