As you may or may not be aware, some of the Golf Course Maintenance crew are currently under COVID-19 Quarantine protocols. This has affected the ability to check-in for your rounds, pay annual, pay monthly green fees, rent Golf Carts, and possibly access the Driving Range.
Until the staff is able to return to the Starter booth, we ask that everyone still make tee-times to play, it is your responsibility to remove yourself if you are not playing. If you are on the Tee-Sheet, it will be assumed that you played and you will be expected to enter your score in GHIN or you may be assessed a penalty score by the Handicap Committee.
- We are temporarily addressing the paying of Annual Green Fees by accepting the Payroll Deduction form in the Proshop.
- The form is available via the following link 2021 Annual Green Fees Application Form
- By signing this form, you will be committed and agree to having the green fees deducted from your payroll over the next 3 month period.
- The forms will be processed by the Starter Staff once they return to work.
- They may require you to come back and sign their original documentation later.
- We are temporarily addressing the paying of Monthly Green Fees by accepting the Payroll Deduction form in the Proshop.

- By signing this form, you will be committed and agree to having the monthly green fees deducted from the next payroll period.
- The forms will be processed by the Starter Staff once they return to work.
- They may require you to come back and sign their original documentation later.
- Please note that monthly green fees have to be renewed every month. They are not automatically carried over.
The Proshop is available via Appointment only, and is open from 11AM to 6PM Mondays thru Thursday and 8AM to 12PM on Weekends and Holidays.
**NOTE: The Proshop will NOT ACCEPT any cash or Mada payments for Annual or Monthly Green Fees.
