Due to irrigation issues, part of the course is not getting the required water which has resulted in many of the green areas of the course burning and dying in the sun. In an effort to protect these burnt areas, a decision has been taken to deem with immediate effect, all burnt areas on the fairways as GUR (Ground Under Repair). Therefore, relief needs to be taken in line with rule 16.
