Rolling Hills Golf Club is pleased to announce that with the recent announcement by the Saudi Golf Federation which allowed all Golf Courses in the Kingdom to open on September 16th, 2020, we are able to return to 10 minute tee-time intervals.  The update to the tee-time interval will take effect on October 2nd, 2020.

The RHGC Board received 3 motions that were properly written, seconded, and signed by the requisite 30 members in good standing.  The motions were with regards to RHGC Board member incentives and tee time protocols. A special meeting was held on September 22nd, 2020 at 5:30 at the RHGC Clubhouse with regards to the motions.

Our annual competition this year will be held on the 23rd of September, consisting of an individual flighted Stableford and a Team Event.  For the team event, each golfers on a team plays his own ball throughout the round - just regular stroke play for each golfer. The difference in a 1-2-3 Waltz is the number of scores counted on each hole.  In typical best ball or better ball, it's only the one low score per hole among the teammates that is counted. But in 1-2-3 Waltz, it's the one low ball, then the two, then the three that are counted. The effect is to keep all the golfers in the quartet involved in the action and contributing to the team score. Even the weakest golfer on a team will have opportunities to contribute to the team score.
